I really love Squeak - it grows so fast!Two things that may help in document organizing and tutorial building.
Firstly, Squeak system may improve its writers managing. A writer browser can be used to organize project document and urls where the authors' homepages are located. By this most unorganized sources can be easily put together. And it's easy. The browser may have three or more panes. Author names are listed on the up-left pane while their contributes being listed on the up-right. Moving mouse to get baloon helper on email and comments on each side. The third pane can show homepages when an author name is focused on or give more info when particular works is selected.
Secondly, a tutorial builder can be made to simplify the making of tutorials. The idea is to build a EventRecorder first, it's like macro recorder. Later just play it. Mouse events can be translated into instructions. Learners get instrution before they seeing the process going on. Such tutorial are subclasses of a SqeakTutorial class. Just record and try it and edit if needed and publish.
