Lost Passphrase Reset Form

Have you misplaced your Squeak People account passphrase? If so then you can request a passphrase reset by filling in the form below. Note that you will have to know both your account name and the email address associated with the account. If you don't remember your account name there is a public list on the People page where you should be able to find it. However if you do not know the email address you used or you no longer have access to that email address then you will have to send email to the site administrators and request that your email address be changed (be sure to specify your account name and the new email address.)
